I. Function and mision
* Function:
- The Faculty depends on the Board of Provosts, and is responsible for the disciplines and for ensuring the good implementation of all parts of the educational program under its direct supervision. Managing the program, the content, the educational methods, all aimed at increasing the quality of each and every subject.
- Monitoring, guiding, and supervising studies, coordinating with the Training Department, to judge and evaluate the students’ results during the courses and at the final examinations.
- Realizing links for exchange of expertise in their fields and in organizing management between the different managing units in and outside the University, in order to realize their mission of education and research set by the Board of Provosts and in accordance with the instructions laid down by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Managing the Faculty’s machinery and infrastructure for teaching and studying.
* Misson:
- Under the supervision of the Board of Provosts, the Faculty:
* Designs study programs, course materials, organizes the implementation of teaching plans, monitors and manages programs and the progression of all courses,
* Manages the outline and content of the courses, exchanges opinions on teaching methods with certain lecturers to allow students to take in the contents of the courses taught to them.
* Regulates the teaching corps well, the Department searches and proposes to the Board of Provosts external teachers with sufficient level and professionalism, and invites them to teach for the courses managed by the Department.
* Coordinates the lecturers to make all course and examination requirements clear or to inspect all parts of the courses in accordance with the decisions of the Board of Provosts and with the educational plans of the University.
* Periodically symposiums drawing experience from content and teaching methods (of both full-time and visiting lecturers) aim at increasing the teaching quality; the Department coordinates with the Department of Education and with the departments directly supervising the courses; it practices good morals and other virtues such that students would, at every step of their formation, develop all their facets and become good cadre members later on.
- Organizes graduation internships, supervises outline development, determines research directions, & evaluates students’ internship results.
- Guides and helps students to make contacts for and search for an intern position for courses and for graduation by themselves.

Educational standards in the academic disciplines
* Discipline: Accounting and Auditing
1. Knowledge:
- Satisfying the 15th August 2007 regulation 43/2007/QĐ-BGD&ĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training
- Graduates have an extensive knowledge of accounting and auditing, have the ability to judge, analyse, and evaluate the financial activities of a division, have the necessary knowledge to become an assistant auditor or internal auditor.
- Firmly grasping accounting, financial, and tax regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and by competent authorities
2. Skills:
- Disciplinary skills: Students can perform their profession well in a variety of businesses; perform the work of an accountant, of an assistant auditor or of an internal auditor well.
- Foreign language skills: Graduates have sufficient communication skills and can handle office matters in English in an international working environment, fluently use English in their specialization.
- Informatics skills: Working in an environment of information technology, handle matters with computers and with dedicated software.
- Other skills: Being able to work in team or alone, having communication and presentation skills, being able to autonomously do research necessary to resolve issues arising in the reality of their work as well as to study and practice on their own to increase their knowledge and expertise.

Discipline: Business accounting
1. Knowledge:
- Satisfying the 15th August 2007 regulation 43/2007/QĐ-BGD&ĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training
- Graduates have a thorough knowledge of accountancy planning, of analysing and evaluating a division’s finances, have the knowledge necessary to become an accountancy expert.
- Firmly grasping accounting, financial, and tax regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance and by competent authorities
2. Skills:
- Disciplinary skills: Students can perform their profession well in a variety of businesses, perform the work of an accountant in a scientific manner, working both by hand and with a computer.
- Foreign language skills: Graduates have sufficient communication skills and can handle office matters in English in an international working environment, fluently use English in their specialization.
- Informatics skills: Working in an environment of information technology, handle matters on computers and with dedicated software.
- Other skills: Being able to work in team or alone, having good communication and presentation skills, being able to autonomously do research necessary to resolve issues arising in the reality of their work as well as to study and practice on their own to increase their knowledge and expertise.
